Summer 2021, we are filming a horror drama short film in the North Georgia Mountains (USA). We are opening up applications for any filmmaker to join us. No experience is required, just a passion for filmmaking so review the following list of Q&A's to see if this opportunity is right for you!
How long does it last?
We plan to film for just a week and half in the month of July (2021). (this date my be subjected to change)
Do I have to pay for housing?
Absolutely not! We have you completely covered with a place to stay! There's also a pool so we will make time for at least a few fun summer activities!
Do I have to pay for transportation?
Yes unfortunately :( Future FilmMakers' ultimate goal is to completely fund the travel expenses of filmmakers. We are unable to do that at this time. Know that you can help us with that ultimate goal by buying from our online store. 100% of the profit goes towards making people's filmmaking dreams a reality!
Can I learn more about the film before I apply?
Can I be under 18?
Yes! But you must have written parental consent in order to participate in this experience.
Will I get paid?
No. This experience is about giving filmmakers a chance to work on-set before having a degree or the experience needed to be hired. We would love to pay you, but we can't at this time. By joining us, you in return will receive the recognization you deserve, fun on-set experience, and talent exposure as we plan to post the film and enter in into film festivals. We hope that this fun event will help you get your first filmmaking job or better prepare you for what lays ahead!
How do I apply?
It's simple! Step one in the application process is to fill out a google form which can be access with the below button and then I'll get in touch with you shortly! Remember no previous on-set experience is required. We are looking forward to working with you! :)
